We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated care assistant to join our purpose-built supported housing for older people with care scheme at Kilkenny House.
We deliver 24-hour care across 40 flats consisting of single and double dwellings. This is a key role supporting residents with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation and medication assistance, ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of care in a respectful and supportive manner.
You’ll work alongside our onsite domiciliary care team, promoting quality of life and independence, enabling our residents to continue living in their own homes while receiving personal care and support they need. Occasionally you may be required to support one of our other schemes so a flexible approach is a must.
This role is 20 hours per week. This position will benefit from AWP (Annual Working Pattern) due to shifts that include working weekends bank holidays. Shift times that range from 7am to 9pm over a 7-day period. Each post has its own set working pattern.

Our roles are either designated ‘site based’ or ‘home based’. ‘Site based’ roles can include up to two days a week working from home whilst ‘home based’ roles are based at home four days a week. Of course, managers designate which category roles are in based on the needs of the service and the circumstances.
