Job Role:

Confident in surveying and measuring Conservatories
• Confident and able to manage projects from start to finish
• Construction/fenestration knowledge required
• Confident in liaising with customers with good customer service experience
• Experience and ability to manage several projects
• Survey and accurately measure for conservatories
• Organize appropriate trades
• Organise Building Control and schedule of works
• Oversee fitting teams
• Organise and order materials
• Liaise with the site teams
• Ensure a smooth process from start to finish
• Manage Escalations and liaise appropriately with customers
• Keeping all administrative tasks up to date
• Ensuring that all works are kept to schedule and on time

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, enabling you to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the construction, home improvement, or fenestration industry is a distinct advantage.
