Works Manager

PSR Rail are currently recruiting for a Works Manager who will be the senior leader the foreman and supervisors for earthworks packages in the South.

Key Responsibilities

You will be directly responsible and accountable for the day-to-day performance of the teams assigned to you, including responsibility for health, safety and environmental issues as well as production and any record keeping required.

Details:

• First class approach with Health, Safety and environmental.
• Managing a small team of foreman, supervisors and gangs.
• Good knowledge with materials and machines for the tasks ahead.
• SMSTS
• Liasion with all clients they deal with.
• Utilise GPS Machine guidance
• Working to a 3 week programme.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
