Surveyor

Position: Window & Door Surveyor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
Benefits: Use of a company vehicle

Are you experienced in the fenestration or construction industry? Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Window & Door Surveyor!

About the Role:

As a Window & Door Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience. From accurate measurements to resolving queries, your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and conservatories in preparation for manufacturing (involving working at height/ladders).
• Visiting customers at their homes to address and resolve any queries.
• Assessing sites for Health and Safety and access considerations.
• Understanding and working with guttering, trims, soffit, and fascia.
• Undertaking training to deepen your knowledge of our product range.
• Attending small call-out jobs, such as re-adjusting doors.
• Logging customer and site details on our CRM system.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey from start to finish.

• A multi-tasker, able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
• Experienced in customer service, with a professional and approachable manner.
